§ 1
Built on an AI-native law firm foundation

The immigration firm you've been meaning to start.

Caselyn launches your firm on an AI-native foundation. You handle the law. AI and our team run everything around it: intake, evidence, forms, filing, staff, billing, and growth.

  • AI document review
  • AI case summaries
  • AI client follow-ups

You won't practice alone.

Every Caselyn attorney joins a mentorship network of experienced immigration attorneys. Your firm is yours, and so is your judgment, but you never have to make the hard calls without someone who's been there.

01

A mentor from day one

You're paired with an experienced immigration attorney who has built a practice and can help you think through hard cases and business decisions.

02

Peers who've seen it before

Talk through difficult matters with attorneys across the network: RFEs, NOIDs, waivers, and the edge cases no treatise covers.

03

Knowledge that compounds

Practice notes, templates, and lessons learned from every firm on the platform, built into the tools you use every day.

§ 6

Built inside real firms, not sold to them.

Every screen here came out of a working immigration practice. When a paralegal waits on a packet or a client stalls on intake, the people who build Caselyn see it and ship the fix, for every firm on the platform.

§ 7

Your firm. Your name. Your clients.

Your license, your judgment

You own the firm and make every legal call. The software drafts, organizes, and flags. You review and sign.

Built for the rules of professional conduct

Caselyn is a management services company, not a law firm. It doesn't practice law, own your firm, or direct your legal judgment.

Client confidentiality

Client files stay in the firm's record with role-based access and an activity log. Clients sign in to their portal with multi-factor authentication.

One license, nationwide

Immigration is federal law. An attorney in good standing in any U.S. state can represent clients across the country.

§ 8

Questions, answered.

Who owns the firm?

You do. The law firm is owned by licensed attorneys. Caselyn provides management services under an agreement structured for your state's rules of professional conduct, and has no say in your legal judgment.

Where do I need to be licensed?

Anywhere in the U.S. Immigration is federal law, so an attorney in good standing with any state bar (or D.C.) can represent clients before USCIS and the immigration courts nationwide.

Which case types does the platform handle today?

Naturalization (N-400) and green card renewal (I-90) run end to end today, from intake through filing and USCIS status tracking. Family-based and employment-based matters are next on the roadmap.

What if I'm earlier in my immigration career?

Every Caselyn attorney joins our mentorship network of experienced immigration attorneys from day one, alongside the guidance built into the platform. Tell us about your background when you join the waitlist.

Do I need to bring my own clients?

No. Client acquisition is part of what Caselyn runs. If you already have a book of business, we'll build around it.

Who makes the legal decisions?

You do, always. The software collects facts, organizes evidence, fills forms, and flags issues. It does not decide eligibility or give legal advice. Every filing goes out under your review and signature.

What does it cost?

We share terms directly with attorneys on the waitlist. Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
